Are your gold items pawnable?
Yes. Our gold items are pawnable. Pawn value may vary depending on the
pawnshop’s rate, gold price, and appraisal.
Do you sell per gram or per piece?
We sell both. Some items are priced per gram, while others are fixed price per
piece.
How do I compute the price per gram?
Formula:
Grams × Price per Gram = Total Price
Example: 0.5g × ₱5,499 = ₱2,749.50
Do you sell silver jewelry?
Yes. We also sell 925 silver jewelry, watches, and other accessories.
Do you accept item swapping?
Yes, subject to checking.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through our official bank accounts and approved payment
channels only.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes. We offer COD nationwide with required down payment.
How much is the COD down payment?
₱5,000 below: ₱500+ DP
₱5,000–₱10,000: ₱1,000+ DP
₱10,000–₱50,000: 10% DP
How can I reserve an item?
Reserved items are held for 24 hours only. If there is no payment or
confirmation within 24 hours, the item may be released to other customers.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled if there is no confirmation, payment, or update from
the customer within the given period.

Do you offer layaway?
Yes. You can reserve your gold jewelry and pay within 1–3 months.
What are your layaway options?
Weekly Plan: 10% DP, balance payable weekly within 8 weeks
Kinsina Plan: 30% DP, balance payable every 15 days
Monthly Plan: 40% DP, balance payable monthly
What are the layaway reminders?
Late payments have a 1% daily penalty. No payment for 2 consecutive weeks may
result in cancellation. Strictly no refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver within Cagayan de Oro?
Yes. We deliver within CDO and nearby areas through local delivery services.
Delivery fee applies.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide through LBC.
What is your shipping schedule?
Payments are verified within 12–24 hours. Orders are shipped the next day,
except Sundays. Cut-off time is 3:00 PM.

Please send your full name, complete address, landmark, barangay, city, zip
code, and active contact number.
Is shipping insurance required?
Shipping insurance is optional. The rate is ₱5 for every ₱500 declared value.
Why do I need to declare a value for
insurance?
Declared value helps protect your parcel in case of loss. LBC may reimburse
based on the declared amount.

Do I need to take an unboxing video?
Yes. Please record a clear, continuous video from unopened parcel to item
checking.
Why is an unboxing video required?
The unboxing video is required for claims about damaged, missing, or incorrect
items. Without a video, complaints, refunds, or replacements cannot be
processed.
Are items checked before shipping?
Yes. All items are inspected and securely packed before being handed over to
the courier.
Reseller Program
How can I become a reseller?
You may save our product photos, set your own mark-up, post on your social
media accounts, and message us once you have an order.
Do you allow dropshipping?
Yes. We can ship directly to your buyer under your name as the sender.
Is there a reseller fee?
No reseller fee is mentioned. You can start by posting our available products
and earning through your own mark-up.

How do I care for silver jewelry?
