Shipping Policy

We offer local delivery within Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas, as well as nationwide shipping through LBC.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Cagayan de Oro and selected nearby areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on the 

customer’s location and delivery service rate.

Nationwide Shipping

For orders outside Cagayan de Oro, we ship through LBC. Shipping fees, processing fees, and optional insurance fees may apply.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide with required down payment.

COD Down Payment Guide:

₱5,000 below: ₱500+ down payment
₱5,000–₱10,000: ₱1,000+ down payment
₱10,000–₱50,000: 10% down payment

Orders will only be processed once the required down payment is received and verified.

Shipping Schedule

Payment verification may take 12–24 hours. Once verified, orders are scheduled for shipping the next day, except Sundays.

Cut-off time: 3:00 PM

Payments made after cut-off may be processed on the next business day.

France Jewelry will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional but recommended for added security.

Insurance Rate: ₱5 for every ₱500 declared value

Declared value helps protect the parcel in case of loss during shipment. Reimbursement, if applicable, will depend on the courier’s policies and declared amount.

Order Handling

All items are carefully checked, packed, and secured before being handed over to the courier.

Customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video from the unopened parcel until the item is fully checked. This video will serve as the basis for any concerns regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

Without a clear unboxing video, France Jewelry may not be able to process complaints, refunds, replacements, or claims.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and processed.

For hygiene, safety, and security reasons, jewelry items are strictly subject to:

No refund
No exchange

Concerns may only be reviewed if the customer provides a complete and clear unboxing video showing the issue from the unopened parcel to the actual item condition.

Reservation Policy

Reserved items are held for 24 hours only. If no payment or confirmation is received within 24 hours, France Jewelry may release the item to other customers.

Layaway Policy

Layaway orders are subject to the agreed payment plan. Late payments may incur penalties, and no payment for 2 consecutive weeks may result in automatic cancellation.

Layaway orders are strictly no refund, no exchange, and no cancellation.
