France Jewelry sells real gold jewelry, mostly 18K, as well as 925 silver, watches, and other accessories. Gold items are pawnable, but pawn value may vary depending on the pawnshop’s appraisal, rates, and gold price.

Product Information

We do our best to provide accurate product details, photos, prices, sizes, and descriptions. However, actual color, size, and appearance may slightly vary due to lighting, camera settings, or screen display.

Some gold items are sold per gram, while others are sold per piece at a fixed price.

Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice depending on gold rates, supplier cost, item availability, and store promotions.

For per gram items, the total price is computed as:

Grams × Price per Gram = Total Price

For fixed-price items, the item is sold per piece and may not include gram details.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once the customer provides complete order details and required payment or down payment.

France Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or release orders if the customer fails to confirm, pay, or provide complete details within the allowed period.

Payment

Customers must pay only through official payment channels provided by France Jewelry.

Customers are responsible for checking payment details before sending money. France Jewelry will not be liable for payments sent to wrong accounts or unofficial channels.

Reservation

Items may be reserved for 24 hours only. If no confirmation or payment is received within 24 hours, the item may be made available to other customers.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available nationwide with required down payment. The remaining balance, shipping fee, processing fee, and optional insurance fee may be collected upon delivery.

Layaway Terms

France Jewelry offers layaway payment options for selected items.

Available plans may include weekly, kinsina, or monthly payment options. Late payments may be subject to a 1% daily penalty. No payment for 2 consecutive weeks may result in cancellation.

Layaway orders are strictly no refund, no exchange, and no cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. France Jewelry will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping schedules may be affected by payment verification, courier availability, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video from the unopened parcel until the item is fully checked.

This video is required for any concerns about damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Without a valid unboxing video, France Jewelry may not process complaints, refunds, replacements, or claims.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final once confirmed and processed.

For safety, hygiene, and security reasons, France Jewelry follows a strict no cancellation, no refund, and no exchange policy, especially for confirmed orders, shipped orders, and layaway orders.

Jewelry Care

Customers are responsible for proper care of their jewelry. Silver jewelry and lightweight items must be handled carefully to avoid damage, tarnishing, bending, or breakage.

France Jewelry is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

Resellers

Resellers may use approved product photos and set their own mark-up. Resellers are responsible for communicating clearly with their buyers.

For dropshipping, France Jewelry may ship directly to the reseller’s buyer, subject to the applicable shipping and handling fees.

Fraud, Bogus Buyers, and Incomplete Orders

France Jewelry reserves the right to decline, cancel, or block transactions from customers who provide incomplete details, false information, suspicious payment proof, or repeated unconfirmed orders.

Limitation of Liability

France Jewelry is not liable for delays, losses, damages, or issues caused by couriers, payment providers, incorrect customer information, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
